Hôtel situé à 5-10min du métro et bus. Un petit supermarché juste en face. Nous avons passé une très agréable nuit dans cet hôtel. Personnel sympathique. Chambre familiale propre et spacieuse, consigne bagage possible, espaces communs agréables. Le petit déjeuner était beaucoup trop minimaliste à notre goût comparé à d'autres hôtels de la même enseigne.

Super mal la atención al cliente en la recepción, mala educación por parte del personal y ninguna gana de ayudar. Estuvimos esperando más de una hora a que nos dieran las habitaciones. Habiamos pagado por anticipado y aun asi nos pusieron problemas, además del trato pésimo por parte del personal. Es la vez que peor me han tratado en un hotel en mi vida.

Nos alojamos en este hotel porque es uno de los que ofrecían con los paquetes de Roland Garros, aunque realmente está muy lejos de esa zona. Tampoco está especialmente cerca de la zona más turística de París, pero hay una parada de metro cerca. La habitación con el tamaño justo, sin armarios. La paredes parecen pintadas recientemente. El desayuno bastante bueno. El personal correcto, sin más. No tiene el precio descabellado de otros hoteles en París. Si no te importa el tiempo del traslado al centro, no está mal.
